Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s),

Greetings and welcome to the school website for Farmington Elementary School! This new school year begins with a continued focus on excellence and an educational program promoting student achievement. Farmington is one of seven elementary schools in the Graves County School District. Our school has approximately 260 students in grades kindergarten through sixth grade. 

I would like to introduce myself, as the principal of Farmington for the 2019-2020 school year. My name is Mrs. Melissa Paul and I am very excited to be the leader of such a high achieving school. I have been a Farmington Wildcat for the past fourteen years.   

At Farmington, we have a staff commitment to excellence. This is one of the reasons why Farmington Elementary holds such a great reputation. We continue to rely on parent volunteers to assist us with our students and the students love when their loved ones are in the building! If you are interested in volunteering, please feel welcome. There is a job for everyone including reading buddies, watch dogs for the dads, one-on-one pull out, and the list goes on and on. We can find a way to make it work with your schedule and talents!

Finally, it is the students who make Farmington Elementary an outstanding school. Our students work hard and live up to our high expectations. If you are new to the area and would like to visit our school, please call to make an appointment or come by anytime. We would love for you to become part of our family.
